Livingston Securities' Investment Banking division provides comprehensive corporate advisory, capital raising, and risk management services to corporations, governments and financial institutions worldwide. We take an integrated approach to client coverage, providing clients access to bankers who have industry- and geography-specific expertise across all investment banking products.

Our investment banking team maintains long-term relationships with the senior management of many of the companies within our core sectors. Our goal is to provide these companies with capital origination services and strategic advice throughout their stages of development. Livingston Securities seeks to guide both issuers and investors through the most challenging of market conditions. Our professionals also specialize in working with recognized industry management teams and entrepreneurs to acquire and build companies and obtain necessary financing. Our professionals leverage their deep domain expertise to help clients maximize their potential. We highly value these long-term relationships.

Our Investment Banking group participates in best efforts underwritings and acts as syndicate member for public equity and debt offerings. In addition, our Investment Banking group raises private capital on a best efforts basis and provides corporate advisory services for growth companies and financial sponsors in our focus sectors and geographies. The division is organized into a number of regional, industry and product groups.

Continue to Build our Advisory Team by Adding Highly Qualified Professionals with Industry and Product Expertise.
We intend to continue to recruit high-caliber professionals into our advisory practice to add depth in industry sectors in which we believe we already have strength, to extend the reach of our advisory focus to industry sectors we have identified as particularly attractive and to further strengthen our restructuring business.

Expand Into New Geographic Markets.
We plan to expand into new geographic markets where we believe the business environment will be receptive to the strengths of our advisory and investment management business models or where our clients have or may develop a significant presence. We have developed substantial relationships with leading corporations and investors outside the US, with a specific focus on Canada, Western Europe and Israel. We may hire groups of talented professionals or pursue additional strategic acquisitions of or alliances with highly-regarded regional or local firms in new markets whose culture and operating principles are similar to ours.

Raise New Private Equity Funds and Diversify Into New Investment Management Services.
We intend to raise additional private equity funds and diversify our business into new investment management services. In addition, we are expanding our wealth management group, where we provide customized investment and wealth management services to families, individuals, and related institutions through investment policy creation, global asset creation, investment selection, investment management, and wealth and financial planning.
